1) By Postage (Normal/Registered):
- Buyer has to bear all local postage risks & any additional local postage costs.
- We will NOT be held responsible for any damage, loss or delay during the delivery process via local normal postage.
- Registered postage is strongly recommended.
- For registered postage, buyer has to pay an additional S$ 2.24.
- Local postage costs (for all items) is calculated as follows:
Singpost's prevailing local postage rate + cost of envelope/carton (cost will depend on the size of the parcel) - The actual total local postage costs will only be known after the physical items have arrived in Singapore.
2) By Mass Meet-up:
- Mass meet up session(s) will only be arranged at Cityhall and/or Ang Mo Kio MRT Station (unless otherwise specified).
- The exact date & time will only be confirmed after the items have arrived in Singapore.
3) By Personal Collection:
- Available at Yio Chu Kang MRT Station only.
- Buyer has to meet at our convenience.
- Arrangement for personal collection must be made at least 1 day in advance.

Note: All items must be collected within 1 week i.e. 7 days upon the date of arrival without any delay. A notification email will be sent to inform the buyer for collection.
