The "NO PAYMENT NO ORDER" rule applies i.e. All potential buyers are required to make payment first before their purchase orders can be processed.
All payments must be made in Singapore Dollars (S$).
The conversion of foreign currencies must be made using our pre-determined FX rates.
All payments must be made within 3 days after receiving our acknowledgement email.
There shall not be any cancellation of purchase order after payment has been made.
Most sprees will usually take about 1-2 months to complete i.e. from initial ordering to final delivery of items to the buyer. Besides, any screw ups, delays or unforeseeable circumstances might occur. Hence, please DO NOT JOIN our spree if you feel uncomfortable with the waiting and the troubles.
We will NOT be held responsible for any damage, defect, delay or wrongly sent items from the overseas merchant/seller.
We will NOT be held responsible for any damage, loss or delay during the delivery process via local normal postage. As such, registered postage is strongly recommended.
We reserve the rights to reject purchase orders from anyone which we feel uncomfortable dealing with (w/o any valid reasons given).
Sprees might be cancelled (due to poor responses or any unforeseeable circumstances) w/o any prior notice.
In any event if a spree has been cancelled, all the funds will be fully refunded to the respective buyers.
All items must be collected within 1 week i.e. 7 days upon the date of arrival without any delay. A notification email will be sent to inform the buyer for collection.
